General Terms and Conditions and Usage Policy of the Vulta Affiliate Program

1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The Vulta affiliate program allows affiliates to promote our e-book creation platform and generate recurring revenue by earning a commission on subscriptions taken out by referred users. By participating in this program, you agree to these general terms and conditions and usage policies.

2. Program Registration

Account Creation: To become an affiliate, you must create a free account on our website Vulta.me. Access to the "Affiliate" tab will be available in your dashboard after your registration is validated.
Validation: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any registration for the affiliate program if we deem that the affiliate does not meet our standards or engages in practices contrary to our policies.

3. Commission and Payments

Commission Rate: Affiliates are paid 50% of the net value (excluding VAT) of each subscription taken out via their affiliate link.
Recurring Revenue: Commissions are recurring and apply for the entire duration of the subscription as long as it remains active.
Payments: Payments are made every 15 days, provided that the legal 15-day withdrawal period has elapsed for each subscription. Commissions are only paid to validated affiliates, and no commission will be due if the subscription is canceled within this period.
Minimum Payment Threshold: A minimum payment threshold may apply. If your commissions do not reach this threshold, they will be accumulated until the minimum amount is reached for the next payment cycle.

4. Conditions for Using the Affiliate Link

Proper Use: Affiliates must use their affiliate link ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive use of this link is strictly prohibited.
No Spamming: Spamming to promote the affiliate link is prohibited. Any attempt at unsolicited advertising, such as mass email sending (spamming), may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate account.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates must not use Vulta's name, logo, or any other protected content without express permission. Any unauthorized modification, imitation, or copying of Vulta's brand elements is prohibited.

5. Termination and Sanctions

Termination by Vulta: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if we observe a violation of these terms, malicious behavior, or any action that could harm Vulta's image or interests.
Sanctions: In case of non-compliance with these terms, Vulta reserves the right to withhold any due payment and to take appropriate legal action against the affiliate.
Termination by the Affiliate: The affiliate may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing. However, commissions due will only be paid if they meet all payment conditions, including the withdrawal period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vulta cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program, the inability to use our site, or the inaccuracy of the information provided by affiliates.

7. Changes to the Terms

Vulta reserves the right to modify these terms and usage policies at any time. Affiliates will be informed of any changes by email or through a notification on their dashboard. Continuing participation in the program after changes implies acceptance of these changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable law in the country where Vulta is registered. Any dispute related to the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
